 THE GMACC MISSION STATEMENT

 

To bring good news, hope and relief to mankind and unity in the body of Christ through the unfailing Word of God and power of the Holy Spirit aimed at creating environments where people are taught the knowledge and fear of God in order to be blessed to enjoy peace, progress and prosperity in addition to eternal salvation in Christ Jesus. To do this GMACC aims at empowering and equipping ministers for teaching and preaching the gospel of Christ along church planting and building partnership, coalition and alliance with Christian communities for common goal, aspiration, desire and shared benefits of seeing Christ glorified and His Great Commission implemented.

 

COMMITMENT

 

In furtherance of our aims, belief and vision, GMACC will strive to carry out the following commitments:

 

  1. Commitment to employing all available means to carry out the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ, putting Him first in all our undertakings. [Mat. 28:18-20]

  2. Commitment to unity and love, fellowship and breaking of Bread, strengthening and contributing to the building of the Body of Christ.

  3. Commitment to planning and implementation of plans aimed at achieving our vision, goals and objectives.

  4. Commitment to exploring, cultivating, generating and providing resources required to carrying out our planned activities and obligations.

  5. Commitment to training, developing, equipping, empowering and motivating our staff, ministers and field workers.

  6. Commitment to depending totally on Christ and the power of His might; following the guidance of His Spirit; trusting in the only one true God – the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit; God’s unfailing love, faithfulness and provision for achieving our vision and objectives.

  7. Commitment to prayers and fasting; obedience to God’s word; [John 15:3-8] standing on the promises and covenant of God to reach out to the unreached, take God’s love to the dying and relief to the suffering.

  8. Commitment to caring, supporting, encouraging and ministering God’s love, compassion and healing to the sick, suffering people and the lost.

  9. Commitment to serving the community at local, regional, national and global levels; outreaching, crusades, missions and evangelism in obedience to the Great Commission.

  10. Commitment to teaching and preaching the gospel and spreading the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ to every kindred and tribe world-wide  [John 3:16]

  11. Commitment to discipline, sacrificial love and placing Christ first in all our endeavours, seeing Him glorified in our lives and in his church.
